Roberta Bair is a Salado-based Central Texas REALTOR® with Jorgenson Real Estate, specializing in residential real estate, military relocation, VA buyers and sellers, new construction, and helping families relocate throughout Central Texas.

As a military spouse of more than 27 years, Roberta understands firsthand the challenges of PCS moves, buying and selling homes from a distance, and deciding where to put down roots after military service. After her family retired from the Army and chose Central Texas as home, she built her real estate business around helping others navigate those same transitions with knowledgeable, honest guidance.

Based in Salado, Roberta serves buyers and sellers throughout Salado, Belton, Temple, Killeen, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Georgetown, Round Rock, Fort Hood, and surrounding Central Texas communities.

Roberta holds the ABR®, GRI, and MRP designations and is actively involved in REALTOR® leadership, advocacy, and the Salado community. She is also proud to serve on the Salado Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and believes strongly in supporting local businesses, protecting private property rights, and helping people discover what makes Salado and Central Texas such a special place to live.
