Leslie White: Hello!  I am a Senior Escrow Officer with CentraLand Title Company, which is a locally owned title company in Bell County.  My real estate career has encompassed several facets of the real estate industry, such as working in real estate law, originating mortgages for a local mortgage company and an Escrow Officer/Manager in title, with close to 20 years in the title industry.  I truly enjoy working alongside lenders and realtors to deliver a positive closing experience for one of the largest purchases one will make in their lifetime. What I love the most about this business are the relationships built with everyone involved in each transaction and feel that life is about connecting with others, developing those relationships and working together to improve the community that you live and work in. 

Annie Griffey:  I am a Escrow Officer with 11 years experience in the title industry and strive to make your closing experience the best it can be.  One of my favorite quotes by Jay Danzie is "Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, and how you leave others feeling after an experience with you is your trademark".  I look forward to building my trademark with all of you in Salado.

Jennifer was raised in Central Texas and has always loved animals. As she found more and more of her free time being spent with dogs, she decided to make her hobby her business. She quit her corporate job in Houston and returned to Salado in 2008 with the idea of opening The Dog Spot. With the help of God, close friends and family she was able to create the shop that exists today. The business has been so successful that The Dog Spot opened their expanded location in 2019. Jennifer is married to her husband John and has two children along with her dogs, Lulu and Belle,  and her cat Snax.

My name is Deedra Rawls.  I am a wife and mother of 2 and I have lived, worked, and played in Central Texas for more than 40 years (GO CRUSADERS! CLASS OF 2003).  My calling is helping others and with a background in education and business, I believe that a solid relationship built on trust and communication is key. I am committed to growing a full service Real Estate business of my own that exceeds all expectations by leading, with a servant heart, each client thru the home buying/selling experience, creating happy clients who will forever refer to me as “friend”. #ctxhomegirl

As a chamber of commerce president for Rockdale, TX, I planned, organized, directed and controlled the chamber’s services, products, economic development and public policy activities for association’s members and responded to the needs of its members within available and agreed upon financial resources.

I developed and maintained a collaborative working relationship between the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce, and other key business & public policy organizations, other regional chambers and other regional organizations to foster a nurturing business environment for members. I Oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Chamber, including management of programs, membership and marketing efforts.  I worked with the Chairs to prepare agendas and materials for Board and Executive Committee meetings.  I developed goals and objectives for recommendation to the Board and established administrative policies and procedures for office functions.  I served as a principal spokesperson and ambassador for the Chamber and worked with businesses in the Rockdale area on retention and expansion.  I am excited to serve on the Salado board and to be a part of Salado’s ever changing future.

Kathryn is a visionary born with an innate sense of style and keen eye for detail. She has years of experience in visual merchandising, color theory, space planning, re-styling, and general contracting.

"Kat" is known for being detail oriented, dependable, organized, a good listener, and incredibly creative. Her personalized approach and unwavering commitment to her clients satisfaction has forged many strong and lasting relationships.

Kat truly believes that a properly designed home can inspire, uplift, increase productivity and well-being. Her dedication to create functional and beautiful interiors has made her a well sought-after designer.

When Kathryn is not immersed in design projects, she can be found exploring the great outdoors. She loves sailing with her husband, cooking for friends, working in the garden, and fly fishing in Wyoming.

She holds an annual charity fundraiser event that supports local charities and musicians too. She finds spreading love and support to others is truly the most rewarding work of all.
