Realtor®~Elevate Texas Real Estate

I am a Central Texas REALTOR® who specializes in helping military families and veterans navigate VA loans, PCS moves, and the home buying and selling process near Fort Hood, TX. I proudly serve Salado, Belton, Temple, Georgetown, and surrounding Central Texas communities.

My approach to real estate is education-first and consultative. I believe clients make the best decisions when they clearly understand their options, the numbers, and the market—without pressure. I take the time to explain each step of the process, whether that means comparing loan scenarios, evaluating market conditions, or deciding whether buying, selling, or renting makes the most sense for your situation. I have extensive experience working with VA financing and military relocation, including the unique considerations that come with zero-down loans, funding fees, break-even timelines, and short-notice PCS moves. I regularly help clients determine when selling makes financial sense and when renting may be a better option, based on current market data and long-term goals.

In addition to military relocation, I bring strong local market knowledge across Central Texas. I closely follow pricing trends, new construction activity, and neighborhood-level data in Salado, Belton, Temple, and nearby areas, allowing my clients to make informed, confident decisions based on real numbers—not guesswork.

For sellers, I offer a strategic, online-and-offline marketing approach designed to maximize exposure to qualified buyers. This includes professional photography at no cost to the seller, guidance on home preparation, optional staging or interior consultations, marketing across multiple MLS platforms, major real estate websites, targeted social media, and agent-to-agent promotion within my brokerage network. Whether you are buying, selling, or planning a future move, my goal is to provide honest guidance, clear communication, and local expertise so you can move forward confidently and on your timeline.

I hold the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), ABR® (Accredited Buyer's Representative), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), AHWD® (At Home With Diversity), TAHS (Texas Affordable Housing Specialist), TRLS (Texas Residential Leasing Specialist), and AWREP (Accredited Women's Real Estate Professional) designations. I combine local market knowledge, strategic marketing, and a client-first approach to make every transaction as smooth and successful as possible.

The Dog Spot
Director

Jennifer was raised in Central Texas and has always loved animals. As she found more and more of her free time being spent with dogs, she decided to make her hobby her business. She quit her corporate job in Houston and returned to Salado in 2008 with the idea of opening The Dog Spot. With the help of God, close friends and family she was able to create the shop that exists today. The business has been so successful that The Dog Spot opened their expanded location in 2019. Jennifer is married to her husband John and has two children along with her dogs, Lulu and Belle,  and her cat Snax.
