The Salado Historical Society and Johnny’s Steaks & Bar-Be-Que Present Country Music Artist Matt Castillo in Benefit Concert Salado, TX – The Salado Historical Society is proud to announce an exciting partnership with Johnny’s Steaks & Bar-Be-Que to present country music star Matt Castillo live in concert on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Johnny’s Outback in Salado, Texas. This special event is a benefit concert to support the completion of renovations on the historic 1908 Church and to help establish a new Historical Park for community use in Salado. The evening promises great music, delicious food, and a strong sense of community—all for a worthy cause. The evening kicks off with an exclusive VIP Dinner from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., featuring steak dinners for VIP guests. A VIP Table is available for $750, which includes: • Seating for 6 guests • Steak dinners for all 6 • Access to a private bar and private restrooms The concert begins at 7:30 p.m and ends at 9:00 p.m., with General Admission tickets available for $20 pre-sale or $25 at the gate. Johnny's has kindly allowed small personal folding chairs inside, so feel free to bring your own for this one event.
