April 11 through 13, 2025

Stroll Salado’s Historic Music Mile with Three Full Days of Lively Entertainment, Activities and Attractions 

We Are Music Salado proudly presents the Third Annual Porch & Planet Festival, a three-day event along Salado’s scenic music mile celebrating local musicians, artists, merchants and planet earth, kicking off Friday April 11 through Sunday April 13.

This year’s festival offers attendees a wide variety of experiences – all promising three full days of music, entertainment and family fun. Activities include (but not limited to):

• The sounds of live music up and down the quaint streets of downtown with dozens of musicians
• Texas Native Plant Sale presented by Tonkawa Chapter of the Native Plant Society of Texas
• Unique shopping experiences featuring a wide variety of Salado’s merchants and shops
• Culinary and beverage offerings to explore at Salado’s distinctive wineries, cafés and drinking establishments
• A wide variety of popular restaurants and food trucks to choose from
• Tour Salado’s many art galleries and Sculpture Garden
• Visit the Historical Society’s Early Settler’s Cabins and other historic sites in town
• Support local non-profit organizations at their markets
• Learn more about our planet at the Environmental Fair held at the Civic Center
• Explore Salado’s growing night life with a stroll down the charming, well-lit sidewalks of Main Street
• And much more to be announced!

Activities and events begin on Friday afternoon at 5:00 PM and run through Sunday at 5:00 PM. Come and spend the weekend with the friendly and charming community of Salado.
