With extensive experience in reviewing building, alarm, and sprinkler plan submittals, conducting fire and life safety inspections, and inspecting life safety systems, Fire Marshal Rodak plays a vital role in ensuring the safety of our community. Recently, the Emergency Services District (ESD) and the Village of Salado signed an agreement for him to oversee Life Safety Code reviews and inspections within the Village.

During this session, Fire Marshal Rodak will share:

• His goals for protecting Salado’s citizens and visitors.
• How he works to make buildings and venues as safe as possible from emergencies or fires.
• Efforts to protect the firefighters who respond to these facilities.
